A Nickel Plate GP9 idles on the left as No. 6 departs. Soon the geep will pull the diner off No.5 that just arrived on the right and take it to the commissary service track for re-stocking.

0-6-0 #135 switching a long string of boxcars in Hopewell Junction Yard.  In fact this string of cars has her struggling for traction and has her all the to the yard limit to make the first cut.

Since there was no request in the last post, I continue with colorful locomotives. Here are my most colorful diesel engine and my most colorful steamer (I guess it´s colorful enough for an unstreamlined freight engine!).

Please show a scene where flat cars or gondolas are being loaded/unloaded!
