Lionel Pennyslvania Flyer air whistle won't stop blowin!

I just bought a brand new O guage Pennsylvania Flyer train set.It runs perfectly.But one thing.I was playing with the air whistle and now it won't stop whistling!Every time its on the traks and the controllers on KEEPS ON whistling!Please help me.I'm desperate

I tried resting the controller overnight but it still did'nt work.

I live in Ocean County NJ so if u guys could refer me to some hobby shops, that would be great .Thanx.

It could be that your transformer whistle controller is stuck on. If that's the case, a call to Lionel service is necessary.

Thanx Ben but I already called Lionel and they said it was the tender,But they are being very vague about where I should bring it in for service.
