Do you have any questions about the system, or do you want reaasurance that you did good?
Joe
PS. I have the system and I'm very pleased with it. The absolute biggest improvement is, YOU DON'T HAVE TO MESS WITH THOSE DAMN CV's. Sorry I just needed to let that out.
I bought a RailPro HC-2 and a couple of decoders about six months ago. I run RailPro on my NCE DCC layout without any problems. I wish I had heard of RailPro when I switched from DC to DCC, if it was made at that time.
I love consisting with RailPro. There is nothing on the market at this time that even comes close.
And, there are no CVs to fool with.
Yes, I did buy the starter pack.
Did you purchase the HC-2 contoller by it's self or did you get the power supply with it as well?
In answer to your question, YES. RailPro is a great system especially for people making their first investment in wireless train control. It is a full featured, serious system that is easy to install and operate. I purchased a RailPro system 3 years ago and I have had no problems of any kind. Just turn on the power, select my locomotive(s) and away we go!
There is a user website for RailpRo that is not affiliated with Ring Engineering.

I recently bought the Railpro HC-2 from Ring Engineering. I need some advice as to if buying it was worth it.
