Does anyone know the correct URL for IHC (International Hobby). I have not been able top log on to their site?

I am using the URL listed in their advert which is the same one listed above. When I type in the URL or try the link provided by Guilford350 I get the same result, a long delay and then my browser displays a HTTP 400 - Bad Request error message.

Frustrating.
