3D Printing in Copper
Posted by nvrr49 on Sunday, May 15, 2016 8:06 PM

Copper infused PLA that is.  The small roof was 3D printed using copper infused PLA.  I have been able to chemically patina some pieces, but have not yet figured out polishing odd shapes.  I have made some roof ridge cap, and various tubs and chimney caps.  All can be seen at this link https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Yx5AYaE21oQ/VzkU1AZ0IWI/AAAAAAAAEjE/4TjqCtT7R-IauA6zV7YjvYh1san6IwKgACKgB/s640/1005.JPG

I will post some of the weathered copper pictures later this week when I get time.
