It depends on which model you want to buy, and what paint scheme.
M.B. Klein's (http://modeltrainstuff.com) does mail orders and their prices are way below MSRP.

www.trainworld.com is the cheapest. I bought TFM SD-70MAC for 69.99
Make sure you call them and ask as they don't list every roadname on the site and usually list the most expensive.
