CSX YN3 Paint colors

I am just getting back into custom painting after not touching an airbrush for 11 or 12 years. Looking at the color selection on Scalecoat's web page, I don't see obvious items for colors that I need. What Scalecoat II color paint should be used for CSX YN3 Yellow and Blue? Is 20912 C&O Blue correct? I am guessing that Reefer Yellow will not correctly match the Microscale decal color.
