How are they about having replacement parts my MTH  challenger

Suddenly lost its hand rail on the pilot deck so i have to hit up MTH

Or does anybody else  have steamer parts ??

If they have any on hand, you can buy them or if it's under warranty, they'll ship it out.

Of course, it's entirely possible that they don't have anything in stock, and you're SOL. I bought the J 611 + 6 coal cars a few years ago, and one of the coal cars came slightly broken and they didn't have any parts for it. About 6 months ago, they still had lighting boards for one of the norfolk and western passenger cars, and were going to ship it to me (until I realized I didn't need it).

Just, don't expect them to get back to you for a few weeks. You send an email, wait a looong time, and then they get back to you.

LION would fabricate own parts of him, just like the 1:1 would do if their locomotive fell on the floor (or ate a potato truck).

Lol i know they are slowwwwwww but honestly I was wondering 

Ifcal-scale might have them so im going both routes
