I really don`t know. Being unable to leave the house, I guess it doesn`t really matter. What I would like, is to find someone in the area, to show me how to wire what I want to do but again, it is in the basement, so I might as well forget that.... Why did I bother to write this then???

In this month's MR, there's an article about the NOVA train club that's 20 miles away but I'm not a member.  The location is not close to my workplace or house.  Since they meet in the evenings, I won't leave my wife to feed and put to bed three young kids (<7).

The dues are $5/month plus a $20 one-time application fee.

2 miles from K-10 Model trains. I am not active, layout is just to big at 60' x 80'. To keep up with the train you have to craw under the bench work 6 to 8 times.
