trucks, and just above the trucks on the cab, walkways, heavy wweathering on roof, paint fade on the hood, not as dirty up there. fuel tank gets dirty. pilot and snowplow.
derailment? what derailment? All reports of derailments are lies. Their are no derailments within a hundreed miles of here.

It really depends on where this locomotive would be operating prototypically. Generally, you'd want to weather the trucks, under frame, front and rear pilots, and exhaust. An engine operating in a mountainous area with tunnels would be covered in soot while a switcher that spends its life in a yard would be cleaner, with only dust on the trucks, under frame, front and rear pilots, and rust streaks running down the long hood.

the pilot is the front part and rear of the locomotive where the air hose, couple and MU hoses are located.
