Need help - Atlas N Mikado - screw size for trailing truck ?

I did (finally) call Atlas- Don was amazingly helpful and tried to find the screw info for me. He scanned all the info that Atlas has and emailed it to me ! It's nice when a company is willing to spend time to make a customer happy :-) So now I have a part # ( 110544 ) but no screw. He did assue me it is metric, I believe it is a 1.6 mm. Maybe local hobby shop will have something? or a cellphone repair shop- Google tells me most call phones use that size.

I would suggest calling Atlas CS (customer service) and ask them what size it is. They must use the same size screw for more than just the loco You have, past/present. Calling is probably quicker.

I'm in HO, so I would just be guessing, with a size.

Thanks- but I already tried that. They only have parts for current / recent units.

Try the Atlas internet site. They list a lot of parts maybe your screw is listed.

My Loco lost the screw holding the rear truck on.. and the drivers "jumped time".   !

Can anyone PLEASE tell me what size screw I need to buy?

and better yet- where to get it ?

( I tried to "borrow" the shell mount screw from the top - it's different)
