ricktrains4824You mean to say he meant that the children ride in the baggage car bc they can't damage anything there?
There are limited things in the baggage car that the kids can damage. Also limited things that can damage the kids.
Lion gives them food and water until he gets hungry. Then he nibbles on their hands. Him say that is finger food.
Really?

Here I was hoping he just gave everyone a free trip down The Broadway Lion....
Oh well, all for the best, I guess.... I was wondering how he would shrink me enough to ride it!

trwroute Lion, A lot of your posts make no sense to me. This is one of those times.
Lion,
A lot of your posts make no sense to me. This is one of those times.
The first post stated that the car was damaged by a two year old who "got his hands on it".
The bottom of Lion's posted picture states that "children with fingers will ride in the baggage car".

As David mentioned, a replacement set from BL1 would be best...if they come prepainted in the same color...usually the replacements are unpainted and either black or gray. The task of painting them would come next, so ask BLI about color match.
If the handrails are broken at the "joint" as you say, that's probably the least noticeable place and the easiest fix. See if they will reset to look normal, then hit them with a small drop of CA.
I have read good things about this product, but have not used it yet:

I have a Broadway Limited RSD-15 locomotive that was in good shape until this morning. My two year old grandson got past all security measures and got his hands on it. The handrails took the brunt of the damage onslaught by the mini Godzilla. The engineer side (long hood forward, right?) long railing is detached from the body while the end railings are still attached but broken at the joints. The railings are made of something called Deltrin or something as Plastruct Bondene solvent/cement has no effect to glue them back together. The fold down walkway ramps both fore and aft are off. I have them but they are so tiny I cannot get the mini rods, which still remain, into the eyes so they fold up and down. The only permanent damage that will remain if a suitable glue is found is one of the long railing stantions is missing. Could someone please suggest a good method and materials to make repairs to the handrails and all?
