If it's out of production/sold out, ebay may be your best bet. You can create a saved search and it will email you when something fitting your description is posted for sale.

Assuming its HO scale that you are looking for (but this would apply for pretty much any scale) you could pick up any Gp40-2 in SP Kodachrome paint and renumber it with road number #7672 using Microscales SP Gp40 decal sheet. There are quite a few HO scale Gp40-2's on Ebay right now as well as the Microscale SP Gp40 decal sheet.
