I got about 12 switches on my layout along with an atlas turn table how do I set up dcc to control the turntable to make it turn and make it so the trains can get off it with my zephyr?

You'll need a stationary decoder, like one designed for solenoid (i.e., 'snap') switches. Connect the turntable motor to one of the outputs on the stationary decoder (they usually come with 4 or 8 outputs, so you can use the others to control switches). When you program it according to the instructions that will come with it, you press the switch button on the Zephyr, put its address in and press and hold either the 't' or 'c' key depending on which way you want it to turn and for how long.
As for wiring the turntable track itself, if you follow the Atlas directions and have your arrival /departure tracks all on one side ('A' or 'B' doesn't matter), and your roundhouse/engine house tracks on the other side, the built-in 'reversing' wiring works fine, and you don't need to do anything special to setup the turntable as a reversing loop.
