I had a similar experience with them. Initial order was received within 2 weeks or so of ordering. Second order seemed to have been misplaced in their packages to be shipped, then the person in charge of shipping went to a Wisconsin football bowl game and didn't get to go to the post office before departing town. It took about 6 or 7 weeks but the order did finally arrive. It took a couple of phone calls to finally make contact. They make some great turnouts and their prices are reasonable but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Just curious if anyone has purchased from, or had dealings with, Cream City Turnouts recently. I got some turnouts from them last year and they were great. About a month ago, I ordered 3 more from the website and other than the paypal receipt, I have had no communication with them. Emails have garnered no reponse and a phone call went unanswered. I know that there was a health issue a few years back. I was just wondering if this is a problem specific to me or a bigger issue.
