Can you just imagine that set in HO scale? The thread about having too much space comes to mind... you would probably need a barn to do that set any justice in HO scale.

That N scale California Zephyr set is one of those rare products that makes you consider switching scales. Muuuussttt..... beeeee....... sssstroonnggg...... [:)]

I recall reading that BLI is coming out with a CZ car.
N scalers are goint to have to construct a Feather River /Royal Gorge Canyon to appreciate
the echos bouncing off those canyon walls.

I have a set sitting in my office as we speak (received from Kato during Trainfest last week... so the wait can't be too much longer now). It's simply awesome.

In my day, a long-long time ago, the CZ out of Oakland to Chgo was also awesome.
N scalers, it's your turn. E N J O Y! This is a time I wish I were into N.

Throw in their A-B F3 set and another stand-alone F3 and you'll be all set! [:)] Think of it... an A-B-A set leading the 11 car California Zephyr as it snakes it's way through your layout. Can't wait to see your pictures! (Hint, hint.)

Hope you get yours soon. You'll agree that it was well worth the wait.

Has anyone recieved theirs yet? I am waiting for mine to be delivered with the lighting kits installed from the freight yard. Aside from at the shows, have any of you seen them yet at hobby shops or anything. Thanks in advance.
