? Has anyone ever ordered replacement parts for a Jordan Vehicle kit?

Simple question - I'm working thru a backlog of kits, and a current one (I switch back and forth entirely too much) is the Jordan 1940s Ford Transit Bus. Kit looks pretty neat and detailed, same as the other Jordan kits I have assembled; however, the rear wheel hubs are malformed (the tires were molded OK, although I had to sand and patch them up some after assembling them).
I noted on the instruction sheet there is a coupon for replacement parts from Jordan, and this seems as good a time as any to make use of it.
Didn't see any e-mail address, even on their listing on the 1/87 Vehicle site, so I figured ask here for some info:
1) Has anyone ever ordered a replacement part from Jordan?
2) Did you have to pay anything for the part?
3) How long did delivery of the part take?
The mailing address is on the instruction sheet, but I'd like to be know the above before sending the coupon in.

Thanks

I brought this kit last year in a order from Walthers, so returning it is not an option. Besides, I got the bus body assembled and it looks fairly nice.
