The best thing to do is to contact your VISA card bank (the number and address should be on your statement), tell them you never received the merchandise and ask them to reverse the charges, billing them back to the Freight Yard. I guarantee you'll get some action then! All VISA banks will do this if you swear that the merchandise was never received.

I bought some stuff from him, but I went inside the store in person while I happened to be on a business trip and paid cash. Only been there once. The owner seemed nice enough. Have you tried calling him? If he screwed you over, he screwed you over and you should report him or do something about it.

Hi Everyone, March 24th, 02.
Sunday 16:45 Hrs.

I Model in N Scale. About 5 Monthes ago
I ordered 2 SD 40-2s from the Freight Yard
Hobby Shop in Anaheim, California. I believe
they Sell N Scale plus Other Scales as Well.
Perhaps HO & O Scale but I'm not really all that
sure. I never Heard Back and My VISA Card was
Debited for $350 Amcn/$525Cdn just after the
Christmas Season.
When I didn't Hear back and sent a Letter
plus 2 E Mails. I posted Inquiries on Various
N Scale Group Boards (N Scale @Yahoo Groups, the
N Scale Club @Yahoo Groups.) I got a Lot of
Replys from Others who got Burned and Never Got
Their Merchandise, etc.
My Question Is. Any Others Get Burned or
Do You Know of Others who Did. I'd Like to get
Ball Rolling and see if We can get the
California Dept of Consumer Affairs or what Ever
Its Called and the United States Dept of
Consumer Affairs to Look into the Matter for
all of Us so Other don't Get Burned or Better
Force them to Make Good on the Merchandise that
Model Railroaders Ordered and Never Got.
I Live in Canada, but I"d like to See what
We Can't Do.

Thanks Everyone, Much Appreciated,
