Pre-built layouts

As one who much prefers running trans to building layouts and scenery, I am wondering if there are sources from which to buy pre-built layouts with trackage (HO) and finished landscaping.

Anyone have any ideas?

You'll find small ads from many custom builders in both Model Railroader and RMC. Check the classifieds as well as looking for small box ads. But be prepared for sticker shock.

There are also some semi-pre-built layouts available (check the Internet Trains site for one source) that give you the basic terrain. All you have to do is add track and as much or as little scenery as you like.
