New layout plan once again

Well once again I have changed my plan for my layout as it has not been started yet. My new plan is of a rail line serving a town called Viva La Rasa. This town is in the state of San Andreas. Viva La Rasa is located above San Fierro and Las Venturas. It is filled with gangs, crime and the military. Viva La Rasa is served by two RRs using the same track. One is the Brown Streak Express, BSE and the other is the Viva La Rasa Transport Authority, VLRTA. The layout depicts Viva La Rasa's outer suburbs but not too far out. The single track main that I plan on modeling is the track which runs down Grove St and then onto Glen Park Rd. There is a small yard called Los Hahn Yard, in the suburb of Los Hahn. Also is the passenger terminal called Unity Station served by BSE's commuter trains. There is also a four quadrant intersection on the Grove St-Glen Park Rd crossing. The locomotive fleet is to consist of BSE F59PHI's and VLRTA SD40-4Ws; GP38-4Ws; PA-4s; SW1500s. The rolling stock fleet is to consist of Bi-Level commuter cars, both cab and coach; 40-60' boxcars; roadrailers; intermodal cars; express shipment cars and streamlined passenger cars. The layout is to operate like this:
Start of day:
6:00 commuter
6:30 roadrailer train
7:15 commuter
7:45 local
Break 8:00-9:00
9:00 commuter
9:45 intermodal
10:30 local
11:45 commuter
Noon break 11:50-12:00
12:00 VLRTA Super Viva La Rasian
Break 12:30-1:30
1:30 commuter
Break 1:30-12:00
1:30 commuter
2:00 Local
End of day
Included is a plan of the layout trackplan

I figured that out before I clicked on your link, because I have that game, and they started sounding similar. An its awsome that you can drive the train on that game, but if you go too fast you derail.
