Although it isn't an exact match, a bottle of Testors/Model Master 4880 Caboose Red should do it.

Hey, Matt, both those INDIAN RED cabooses look like B&O models I've seen in the past and that's the color(s) I've been talking about in my posts! Do you know if that specific color is available in acrylic paint???

I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to as "safety logo".
If you mean the small white circle and cross logos applied along the bottom of the caboose, then these started in 1958. See picture of Intermountain 1859-R below:
The paint on #1859-R is called mineral brown.
Here is #1649R with a black roof:
IIRC, the black roofs ended in 1953 or so. Although I'm not sure when black roofs started. Mid 1940s? But the circle and cross logos along the bottom still date at the earliest to 1958. So #1649R is a caboose that kept the black roof and got the circle and cross logos. So good for 1958 up to the mid to late 1960s when the Ce rebuilds were happening.
Ce rebuilds started in 1966. However these had 999xxx numbers, so unlikely your #1714. They were painted red. "Indian Red" was the name given to the paint.

What year did the round ATSF safety logo start appearing on ATSF cabooses? I have an International Models ATSF caboose #1714, painted red. Have seen some photos of other waycars in very late '60s with the logos. Any specific year ATSF started either the little logos or the red side/black roof paint scheme?
