Hump Yard manual turnout controllers

I was looking at the controllers offered by humpyard.com. They look like they would work great with a turn out like the ones sold by Peco with the spring to hold the tension on the points. I was wondering if any one has used them, and what their opinion was. I am in the process of building a new layout and would like to incorporate these if they work well.
