Of stores "near" me: English's has it in stock. Lantz's can order it in. MB Klein apparently had it for awhie, but stopped carrying it due to USPS postal regulations, from what I've heard. A couple other stores also sell it on eBay.
Tru Color Paints is now listed in Walthers, so if your LHS is a Walthers dealer they should be able to get it, depending on how they manage items that have dealer minimum order amounts.

Great didn't see the find a retailer first time,looks like hobby bench Carrys it.will have to check them out again.
they didn't have it the last time I looked at their paint line.

I just went to their web site, clicked on "Find a retailer" put in your zip code, (85006) and the map shows 5 shops in Phoenix. Wasn't hard at all.
