Thanks for all the nice comments guys. It is made of lead, and does pull pretty good.
Nice! Looks like it turned out great! Is that made of lead? I bet it'll pull the entire layout.

Nicely done!!
I owned a Penn Line Consolidation from Christmas 1960 until just this year. It ran fine and as Blaikie mentioned it certainly had pulling power. With that Pitman DC60 it could pull 25 cars up a grade with ease.
I sold it as I now run DCC and it just didn't fit a CN layout that I now run.

Looks really polished, great detail and paint.
I have two Bowser steam kits sitting in my closet, a LIRR G-5 4-6-0 and a PRR M1A 4-8-2. These have the extra detailed kits for each as well.
I keep thinking that I will assemble them, but have yet to start,
Hopefully, your pics are enough to set a fire under me to actually start the assembly.
snjroyWhat will she pull?
As far as the number of cars..
Penn-Line locomotives could pull the wallpaper off the wall and beg for more..

Sure, I can answer a few questions. It is DC for the moment. It runs pretty good. I used Polly Scale PRR Brunswick Green for the paint, and applied by airbrush, with a coat of Dullcote after the decals. The PennLine/Bowser H9 is one of the easier kits to assemble.
Sweet! Nice looking H9.
Looks great!
Can you give a few details? DC or DCC? How does she run? What paint did you use and how was it applied? Was assembly difficult?
I have a Bowser conversion kit for my Bachmann RDG I10 2-8-0 and am hesitant to try assembling it.
Thanks.
