Interesting photos as usual from everyone this week.  While there are lots of nice examples, the "wow" for me occurred with the realistic coupler and hoses on the Milwaukee road diesel by E21.  Pretty neat!

I've been attacking the (challenging, for me) SS Ltd boiler house and should have a progress or even a completion photo for next WPF.

Most importantly, hope all have an enjoyable (within reason) New Year's weekend and a healthy, prosperous, fun, relaxing, satisfying, goal attaining...(well, at least most of these) all of 2015.  Oh, don't forget your resolutions, but if you happen to go to my gym, it's ok if you quit by mid Januray as it can get crowded for a few weeks.

Yay, winter break! Time off from school, so I can actually contribute something for once!

My grandfather and I had a fun time setting up some American Flyer around the living room yesterday. Here's a quick video tour Wink

I said I didn't have nothing to show this week end, but becaus of a very bad wheather, cold, snow the all day and cold whith a strong wind.

I have begun to work on the yard of my rotary dumper uner construction.

Track is ME code 55, turnouts are Peco and Fastrack semi handlaid turnouts and the curves are on the way to be laid before traced whith the yardstick method which give floooowing track; so easy to use.....

Great stuff from everybody this weekend. Unfortunatly I haven't had much time to work on the layout recently. Here's some steam at Horseshoe Curve:

The seventh Prairie Great Midland freight car emerged from the paint shop this week, though I still need to weather the trucks and wheels.

Love those data-only Accurail cars!

It was a good Christmas. Hope all of my fellow forumites (I know its not a word) had a good one too.

Christmas Day was kinda quiet on the BRVRR. The grandsons were occupied elsewhere for obvious reasons.

However, below is a photo of the latest addition to the power roster of the BRVRR:

InterMountain F7A #1821 with a Soundtraxx Tsunami Decoder is my Christmas present from my wife.

Keep the photos and ideas coming guys. WPF is always the best thread of the week.

Holiday greetings to Bear and everyone else who populates our make believe worlds!Gift

Note: Seem to be having pic problems today. If things look like they're missing, will probably reappear later...

It was a momentus week on the layout, as the engineering dept found itself with one extra turnout kit, as well as finding 3 stick of flex track under the stairs. It proved just enough track to get the branch pushed up the grade to Camp 13.

Some short lengths of rail were spiked in place and the train backed further along the spur as the first revenue logs were sent on the way.

#345 brought the logs down to the Camp 13 branch's junction with the rest of the Cascade Branch.

The 1 spot soon got into action. Here it crosses Cascade Falls headed toward the mill at Rockwood.

Purgatory got a very nice stone station...

The B&B crews got right on getting platforms in place within a few days.

Looks like pics are working for me again. Hope everyone has a great holiday!
