HO sitting passengers

Here's a must site for filling those new passenger cars unless you dead head. Great selection and 1/3 cheaper than Walthers.
http://www.rocousa.com/preiser.asp and scroll down to Preiser Database.

Nice, Locomotive3!

Preiser HO figures are a cut above the other manufacturers I've seen.

Once I finish painting the interiors of my Rivorossi and Walthers passenger cars I plan on putting passengers in some of the cars.

Having a model passenger train run on a layout with passengers really helps convey that "feeling" that the train has purpose and the people are "going places".

Peace out [:D]

The only problem is the HO scale sitting figures are "out of stock". Did everyone on this list buy them already? [?]

Thanks for mentioning this. It wouldn't be suprising though as model railroading purchases start climbing after September. Hopefully since the winter season is coming up Preiser has "stepped up" their production.

I wonder if they still make their figures or do they "farm them out" to countries like Malaysia or China? This would also be a factor in their inventory stock.
