Using Gorilla Glue

Most Super Glues are CA, so sure, it will work!

Gorilla Glue is not suitable for small detail work at all. It is a polyurethane based glue that foams and swells up during the setting process, and it will probably just pu***he parts back out of their mounting holes as it cures.

Use this for roadbed and other large scale adhesion projects. It will NOT work for small=scale projects. (I'm a woodworker, I know!)

Ill second CPD's comment in that it expands...alot. I would not use it for fine detail like handrails.

That stuff needs moisture to work, then foams up and expands. It would hold, no doubt about it, but i'm not sure how it will end up. Better practice on a scrap shell if you have one.

Would this be a good glue to use? I've been itching to apply the handrails on my HO SD70M, but I don't have any CA. So I was thinking Gorilla Glue would be a good substitute (after all, it's "the toughest glue on planet earth!"). Anybody here every used Gorilla Glue on an HO model?
