BATMAN

Nothing new here.  Optimus Prime and the other Autobots have been tranforming themselves into other shapes for years.

Ya, I keep taking my kids to see them hoping one day there will be a mighty steam locomotive transformer. HEdoublehockeysticks, I would even take a Diesel Loco, as long as it was Canadian Pacific!

There is/was one. It was a Decepticon called "Astrotrain" in the Generation 1 Series. He transformed into a train (steam looking), space shuttle, and his robot mode. My young Son loves everything Transformers so we have watched all of the old series from 1984-85 and Astrotrain makes a few appearances. And I cannot lie...I find them cool myself...LOL!

Regards,

Don

Sounds great Surprise:  ready-to-run kits which you're not likely to recognise the next time you see them.  Smile, Wink & Grin  Change layout eras effortlessly.   Laugh

Why stop there? Just print up an entire layout along with operating crew that can morph into a Mercedes for your wife between Op sessions.

Of course, the howls of outrage at the price will be wondrous to behold.

It's really kind of hard to support your local hobby shop when the nearest hobby shop that's worth the name is a 150 mile roundtrip.

It would be good for a portable layout. All the buildings would disassemble and lay themselves flat so the layout could be pushed under the bed at the end of the day.Laugh
