my train room finally
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, October 23, 2004 8:10 PM
I cleaned out the garage got some carpet laid down and the old couches arranged. I share the space with my kids and their toys. My wife picked the carpet remnants she likes purple but life is about compromise so purple carpet is no big deal if you get an airconditioned and heated trainroom.
Oh and todays gripe: I truly hate tortoise switch machines

Hi Sean

It's amazing the motivation one finds, to clean out the garage, when there's a railway layout to build!!

Keep up the good work!

CONGRATS !!!!!
You have now officially become your wife's prisoner.
But... this is a good thing here. The trade is that you
have probably made her a rail widow. Now instead
of the TV , you will stare at your layout in progress for
HOURS like I do . This is entertainment at it's best.
Keep us posted.
