Hi Ed, MV Products makes a ton of different style headlight lens. Maybe they would have something that would work. My second thought would be a piece of clear Lucite or plastic rod if you could find the right diameter. My third thought would be to use some of that liquid from Microscale that simulates glass after its dry. Fill the hole with it...just some ideas....Vic
