LOL Maxman. Actually, fatty acids are what are left after fats are broken down either chemically or by enzymes. The other product is glycerin. As an old, retired professor I couldn't resist the chemistry lesson for the day.

Both Walthers and Roundhouse made cars like this in the late 80s/early 90s timeframe.

One product that I know of is fatty acids. These are used in the food industry.

So is there Beer Cans in HO or is there any similar small Modern Tank Car in HO scale?

Yes, Athearn has made them and their website says they actually have some in stock: http://www.athearn.com/Search/Default.aspx?SearchTerm=89121.

So you should be able to find some out there someplace.  Also, many years ago MDC (Model Die Casting) made them.  I have a bunch.  Looks very similar to the Athearn model.

I've seen 'em on Ebay,  3 different colors.  Not sure what the prototype would haul, obviously something heavier, than what would be put in a normal tank car.  May be check with Walther's web site.

Are there Beer Can tankers for HO scale? I always see them in N scale but not in any other scale, and today I actuallys aw a fairly small Tank Car (Possibly 36') that could be considered a prototype version of a Beer Can Tanker. So is there Beer Cans in HO or is there any similar small Modern Tank Car in HO scale?
