What happened to the unpublished E. L. Moore manuscripts?

I’m a big fan of E. L. Moore’s building construction articles from the ‘60s and ‘70s. He died in 1979, and in the February 1980 issue of Model Railroader, Jim Kelly wrote an article called E. L. Moore’s Legacy and in it he mentioned that,

 

“... there are about half-dozen more still to be published." (referring to manuscripts that E. L. Moore had submitted prior to his death)

 

I’ve looked through my copy of MR’s 75^th anniversary DVD and there doesn’t seem to be any E. L. Moore articles published after Jim Kelly’s.

 

Does anyone know if any of those articles Jim Kelly referred to were ever published? Maybe some were published after the time period covered by the DVD collection? Since such a long time has passed, maybe they have been lost.
