Pledge future wax
Posted by jerryl on Sunday, February 16, 2014 5:39 PM

I have heard a lot about Future floor wax but never used it. I was going to use it as a base for decals. Do you brush it on or spray it on, if sprayed, do you dilute it & with what?  How long does it have to dry before decaling & do setting solutions affect it?  Can you use a solvent flat coat on top?  THANKS

Jerryl,

This should answer your questions and as it will be explained, it is not a wax:

Thanks for that link to desciption and uses of the Future. I have been using it for some time, but that provided very good info, especially about coating to protect "canopy" or clear styrene from fogging due to CA fumes.
