Since you have several roads heading into the backdrop, I would suggest applying the techniques discussed in an MR article a couple of years back.  Basically, it involves taking a photo of a road going off into the distance, sizing and cropping it to fit, and then using that.  This is one I did, working with an awkward corner and roofline.

This was just an experiment, so I went out to the street, looked both ways, and then took some pictures.  I found that holding the camera a foot or two off the road gave me the best angle, but that will depend on the viewer's perspective on the scene, so try a number of different heights and pick the one that works for you.  Putting a slight rise near the edge and then rolling it down again at the back helps mask the transition to the backdrop, and using things like "real" trees also blends the scenes together.

Explore some towns whose architecture represents the era you're modeling.  You may have to get up early to find streets without those pesky modern-era vehicles.

This will likely end up to be a composite of many photos.  If you are handy with the computer, you can stitch them all together and then have them printed on a single strip of heavy paper or vinyl at places like Staples.

It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.
