My model association has three major loops on its 42'X 62'layout. I would like to know what, if any, basic radio controlled unit would be on the market today new or used to control one train at a time on this loop?

Finescale Railroader's site (www.finescalerr.com) isn't specifically G scale, but it is oriented toward those who model large scale (G, 1:20.3, 1:22.5, etc.), so you might check the reader's forum there.
