Prodigy Advanced

I sent an e-mail to MRC asking if my original Prodigy system is upgradable to the Advanced system. This is MRC's reply, I quote: " There is no upgrade for the old system(new chip/handheld) the new sytem has no interchangible components." Also if you've purchased the new Advanced system recently you might want to contact where you bought it from. Tonys Train Exchange during their testing of a production system found a software error. Go to: http://tonystrains.com/tonystips/2004/093004.htm, MRC has fixed the problem, but you may have to send your system back to MRC for the fix.
