www.protrak.cc (website for a railroad management software) has some examples. Go to the "Prototype Waybill" section.

You can also order them from Old Line Graphics or Micor Mark.

I use a program from Shenandoah Software. It's really simple to add all your industries, plus a database of 6,000 prototype industries you can route your cars to "off line". The website is below. Peter's been in the heart of the hurricane areas, so response may be a bit slow, but tell him I sent you!

Go the the "online bonus" section of this website. They have a special section that goes with an article in MR re. paperwork. Download the Waybill Forms (along with a number of others) from this site.

I'll be darned if I can get that link to work after I bring it up. When I left-click on the "Download document" button, it just sits there and eventually times out. If I right-click and "Save Target As", I can download about 128k of the 700+k pdf file before the server closes the connection. Anybody else have any luck??

I guess the question is model waybills or prototype waybills?

A few issues ago in MR, I remember reading on how to create custom
waybills to fit individual needs of your road. I did this and have simplified
to meet my needs. Here is an example of my system;

Each "drop" has a pocket. Every car has a bill of lading.
I covered the bill in acetate to write on the content and
quantity lines.My drop points are numbered so I can
build trains in the yards according to drop,backwards.
As I said, I simplified, all the" loaded "trains go west,
all the "empties" come back east.
Just an idea. I have a computer program called
"Printmaster Platinum" that customizes my system.
Try this and you will probably save yourself a headache.
