Regarding the HO-scale "Hotel" Model Kit #SK-10 by Railroad Avenue, can anyone tell me about the inspiration for the model? Was it based upon a real-life hotel? If so, where was it located? What was it named? And do you happen to know if it still exists today?

Any information at all about it would be appreciated!
