i don't have pictures of my layout because its really rather boring. i do have pictures of real trains. i'll maybe post pics once i get some buildings up and what not.

my website is:

www.freewebs.com/jimstrains

that should be it. i haven't updated it in awhile because i haven't been able to catch any trains. they have been putting in new ties for the last 2 weeks or so. no trains hardly at all.

Scratch b rules:

Maybe I should get a hamster or something for my layout [:D]. Seriously, how does T.T. react to the trains going by? Ever have to install a 'turtle catcher' on the front of your locos? LOL

Ain't the hobby great!

Here's a fe pics of my 4-4-2 running on my son's layout.
its a 4'x5' that slides out from under his bed. no scenery, and the grass and water are just paint on the MDF board. he and his sister of 1 and a half still walk al over it and sit in the middle as the trains run around them. Thomas the tank is the ruler of the layout, these pics just show my 4-4-2 on a night that he wasnt around.

Bear in mind he's had this layout for about a year...he will turn 4 in December.

Modular railroading at its best!
If it has an X in it, it sucks! And yes, I just had my modeler's license renewed last week!

You can see my N-scale layout pictures here: Belmar Valley

Most of my pictures have digitally added backgrounds, since my plain blue sky boards are so boring. I also like to play around with photo editing software. Not exactly up to the standards of other member’s shots (and work), but it’s the first layout I’ve taken into the scenery stage.

Here's mine: http://ddwngauge.homestead.com/index.html

And if you want zillions more to look at, the NMRA site at http://www.cwrr.com/nmra/ is probably the best. Go to "Layout Tours"
