Hal,

Received my tuner today.  I can't tell whether it is a longer axle-length or shorter. I can tell you it is 25 mm, the same size as all my wheels sets. It was worth the wait. It works well.

Truck Tuners are unbelievable. I got a couple of Rapido coaches that wouldn't make it to the floor if dropped. A little work with the truck tuner and I put it at the top of a 30' long hill to see how it would do. By the time it was a third of the way down the hill I was movin to try and catch the thing. I hadn't moved that fast in a while.

I let it go at the top of the spline in the upper right corner and I had to run to meet it at the curve at the bottom. Before the truck tuner the coaches wouldn't even roll down at all. The grade varies between 1% and 2%.

Would somebody who gets one report if they are the longer axle-length versions or the shorter ones?

Just ordered mine.  You guys have me so convinced of it's advantages I just couldn't stand not having one.  Can't wait to try it out, especially on my P2K cars that don't seem to roll like some of the others.

Not quite as bad as the Great Atlas Track Shortage of 2012-2013, but anyone who doesn't have one should get one anyway.  There's really nothing else that can do the job that a Truck Tuner does.

yes they are a great addition to your work bench i've found i can pull 4-5 more cars with the same effort after using it to tune the trucks on all the cars
