digital photo's,how to show them on this forum?

I just started useing a digital camera and I know next to nothing about computers....I have a MAC OX,I can download my photos on to iphoto but how then can I get them from iphoto to this site?

Assuming iphoto is like other photo hosting sites, what you do here is put a link in your post that references the photo at iphoto.

You put , again omitting the space that I put in.

Here's an example. If you hit the quote button to the right you should see what the code looks like in final form.

I use imageshack it is free as long you upload images one at a time. Links are provided for a variety of internet uses.

Maybe we should create a sticky thread on this. Not this particular thread but a new one. Seems that a lot of people are asking how to display photos in the forums so maybe it would be helpful.

Good idea.

It would be something to put in a FAQ section, but I haven't seen one here. Did I miss it? If not, expand the suggestion to the creation of a FAQ section which would include instructions on posting photos.
