Thanks, I'll check out on the DCC forum and the BLI page. I hope I can solve this, it's not a big problem but it's somewhat annoying.
You may have better results by posting on the DCC Forum or contact BLI. I had similar issues w/ a BLI HO E7. Repeated resets to default would only do it again. Upgrade chip? But don't know it it's the same for the "N" scale decoder.

Hi everyone:
Not so recently bought an EMD E6 A/B loco from BLI (the B unit is a dummy), it performs awesome and the sound clarity is also fantastic. But since new, I've noticed something wrong with the motor sound throttle and the actual speed of the loco.
The manual says they should be in perfect synchronization, but in reality, just putting the loco on the first notch of DCC and the sounds begins to build up non-stop to full throttle, with the loco at crawling speed. Now that I think of it, I can't remember if it does the same when going down the throttle.
I managed to control sound manually or got bored and mute all the sounds, but I was thinking if it may be a configuration problem, although I haven't touched any of the CV except for the loco address (not even the speed ones), or a hardware issue.
Any help and tips would be appreciated. Thank you for reading this.
