That is indeed the railway, Todd. They took over some of Canadian Pacific's lines in Quebec. They also took over some of CP's locomotives and boxcars.

QG Rail??

I bought a nice Atlas engine on ebay for the chassis, and it was a QG Rail in CP colors. Sharp engine, can not find any info on this railroad. Any one ever heard of them?
