My first train was made of wood. I think these are still around. Second was an American Flyer set with a Pennsy K-4 steamer. My first HO set was a Tyco set with their 0-4-0 Booster, again in Pennsy. However a second engine my Mom added was Varney 0-4-0 Docksider or "Little Joe" as they were called. I still have the Docksider and it still runs well. The wood train was probably in 1956, the American Flyer 57-58 and the HO stuff was in 1960.
