Ok so in april it will be my first year as a model railroader, and after much consideration I've decided to sell my current layout and will start on a new one. It is going to be a engine/car facility, that will be an add on piece to a future 4x8' layout. On It will be code 55 N scale track(sectional) and there will be different blocks for tracks.

The kits on the layout will be an atlas 3 stall engine house, a micro engineering 2 stall engine house, and turntable, the rest of the layout section's buildings will be scratchbuilt( something not as audacious as I planned, but some simple sheds).

So this brings me to the first of many questions: Does anybody know of a good publication or site that one can read to figure out how to wire blocks?

Many thanks in advance.
