The BLI Pennsy K4 has a smoke unit, but the Usra Pacifics don't.  It would have been nice, but Broadway Limited states that there isn't enough room for the smoke unit.

BLI 4-6-2-Smoke Unit
Posted by robert sylvester on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 8:19 AM

Folks:

I recently purchased a BLI Pacific 4-6-2 and it is beautiful. When I opened the box I read the instructions and they are very specific about engines that have a smoke unit.  Unless it is turned off, in bold letters, it says do not run the engine. I looked for a unit in the stack and can't see one, but my eye sight is not as good as it used to be. I looked for switches to turn it off but could not find any.

No where does it indicate that this engine has a smoke unit, sound only, but I wanted to be sure. Does anyone know whether the 4-6-2 has a smoke unit.
