Weather,
If you end up getting the Blueline RSD 15, be sure that you buy a decoder on the recommended decoder list in your BLI manual. And, if you want that puppy to crawl at speed step 001 (e.g. <1 sMPH), I would highly recommend a Lenz Silver-series decoder. I have one in a Blueline Niagara and she'll do ~0.5 sMPH.
The Lenz decoders a little more expensive but it does play very nicely with the Blueline sound and I've never had a problem programming the sound and motor decoder together.

I have a Blue Line RSD and I love it. If you are DCC, then you will have to add a motor decoder. While it not hard, getting the sound decoder and motor decoder to play with each other nicely can be a small challenge. As it comes it is a DC engine with sound.
By the way, my sounds great.

Weatherboy12,
I don't have any blue line rsd15's, but I have 4 paragon2 rsd15's and there are great. the blue line models sold new for 189.99 so if the one for 100.00 is new I would say that is a good price. Good find..
Cheers,
