I'm looking for mini nozzle tips that are made of metal that I can attach to a superglue container. I'm looking for the product because the superglue always dries up and I have to cut the tip of the nozzle off every time this happens. I want a metal tip so I can remove the glue without damaging the tip. I am filling and fixing gaps on a resin shell I found a sample picture here; will it do? I need a fine tip so I can dilligently pinpoint a tiny area.
Just leave the pin that pireses the top in it while you are not using it.

Thanks I did not even think of that
I vote for "good glue hygiene," regardless of what kind of glue I'm using. When I've applied the glue, I wipe the tip to remove residue. The I let the bottle sit open without its cap for a minute or two, to let the glue drain out of the tip. I wipe the tip one more time before replacing the cap.

I keep the container upright & tap it on the bench to clear the nozzle or if it's a flexible container, I squeeze it CAREFULLY to clear the nozzle before replacing the top. Receintly I've been using "crazy Glue" with a brush. It works well, no nozzle to clear & you can put a toothpick to the brush if you need a small amount. jerry
While I have several small applicator nozzles for Goo and Pliobond, I have not seen anything for CA. I use the Loctite CA in the Squeeze bottle version. You have to squeeze buttons on the side for the glue to flow and the control is somewhat proportional.
Cleaning the nozzle as previously mentioned is a key because sooner or later, the top becomes glued to the nozzle and surgery is required. What dissolves this stuff anyway? I use Xylene on the Goo and pliobond (as well as a thinner for Floquil paints) for unclogging and clean up and that stuff is MEK based. Don't know if it works on CA.

I found a product called "Super Solvent" on Amazon which was touted to dissolve CA. Turns out it does the job, but will also strip paint (which is ok with me). It only works on CA. Priced at 6.79$ for a 2 oz bottle I bought three because I couldn't find it anywhere in this area.

Further to what has been given,
When holding the bottle upright to clean the applicator end, apply a little pressure that will give you a small drop and clean that off as well. Then while still holding it upright allow your finger pressure to release which in turn causes a vacuum in the bottle sucking the glue in the tube back into the bottle. Allow it to sit open for a minute or two and any residue will drain back as well and your applicator tube will remain clear for the next use. This works for me after much trial and error.

If you get a dried CA "booger" on the nozzle tip, it usually clears the nozzle to take the back side of your knife blade and push it up and off the tip. This usually clears the tip.
Not sure about the stuff described above, but I get a quart of acetone at the big box home store to use to dissolve CA. It's a -- hopefully -- life-time supply for about $4. Yep, it will take paint off, etc, so use thoughtfully and carefully.

I just wipe the plastic nozzle and put the cap back on. I have never had to replace a nozzle.

Your Information was very helpful. I should be more carefull and thorough myself.
I was looking for something like that. Thanks allot.
Buy CA on sale, and plan on using a new tube each time you need it. Also, keeping it in the freezer seems to retard hardening of the glue on the tip.

Acetone dissolves CA. I've used nail polish remover to unbond super glue.

All good suggestions so far. I used to use the CA directly from the bottle and would end up w/ the same clogged "mess" I now will place drops of CA on a piece of plastic and apply w/ a toothpick, wire or another innovative applicator is to use a large sewing needle that has the top of the "eyelet" cut off. The CA will last for quite an extended period when sitting on the plastic bag. Glass, tile and other non porous material will also work. I just like the plastic patch as when done just toss- no scraping or other clean up.
If you start to experience CA dribbling down the outside of the nozzle wipe of quickly. After continued buildup the plastic nozzle is easily cleaned by lightly crushing w/ pliers as the CA won't bond to the plastic. The brittle nature of the glue will allow it to just crack anf separate from the plastic. Occasionally I will need to clear out the tip w/ a drill bit and start over again.
