N Scale Wheelsets

Does anyone make metal (no plastic please) low profile wheelsets for N scale? Also, how do I, and what size resistor is best, solder resistors to the wheelsets for occupancy detection and signalling? I would use plastic wheels, but having a block show empty or a signal show clear when only the locomotive has passed through the block is kinda dumb to me. Thanks for the help!
