Or if you're lucky, you may have a piece of plastic sprue which will fit the hole diameter. Then all you have to do is glue it in, cut flush, and complete the job as Dave advises.

I would just tap the holes for 2-56 screws then mount the trucks in the normal fashion.No need to buy a new underframe.

I a have LBF Co. 50' FMC DBL Door Boxcar and two 40' Roundhouse boxcars where the pre drilled holes for the trucks are stripped does anyone know what I could do? Or will I have to buy new underframes?
